Has anyone tried the shakes, how did it work for you?

ALSO want to point out my weight hasn’t gone up, it does fluctuate but that’s normal. If you continue to eat healthy afterwards you won’t gain all the weight back. I cheat yes.. I have a brownie every now and then.. we’re humans.. but I track my calories then move on. I don’t eat my whole cupboard afterwards. I move on. I’ve been successful so far.

Hey!! So as of today I have lost 40 pounds (my goal weight) in 9 weeks!! I love the program!! I do my tea in the morning with aloe to boost my metabolism and clean my digestive tract and then I do two shakes a day.

I actually loved the program so much I decided to become a coach for the program!! Not all my clients workout but they still lose!! I haven’t had 1 client not lose weight!!! I track their measurements and weights weekly, we have weight lose challenges (I just won 235.00 first place!!) and I help with meal plans and all that!! I love it!!
