They sell some over the counter stuff (one brand is azo) it can help with the pain but is not a cure. You definitely have to go to the dr because without antibiotics they just get worse & can spread to your kidneys. But that will help with the pain until you can get there. Also, cranberry juice or pills & lots of water!
