Prenatals- how many!?

What kind and how many do you take a day? I am taking 14 pills a day!!!! 400mcg of folic acid, prenatals, and fish oil

I take prenatal gummies. 2 gummies is 800 for folic acid which is the max while pregnant. They actual taste really good too!!

I just take the Nature Made prenatal vitamin with DHA, bought them at Costco. Will probably switch to the 2x a day gummies when my nausea hits, like I did with my first. :)

14 pills is a lot for just being pregnant unless you have other underlying health problems. The gummies have everything you need while pregnant and fish oil is just one pill
