Charting question
I'm charting My bbt and using opks. I got my positive opk yesterday and my temp dropped to 97.18 f and then this morning my temp spiked to 97.84. I have cramping in my left side and still a positive opk. Should I bd tonight just in case or did ovulation more then likely occur? Usually you ovulate the dsy before a thermal raise after 3 sustained days..right?
