As much as I hate my child sitting in her own filth, I would wait until we're home. If it was longer than 15-20 mins then yes, I would stop and change her. Also if it was a total blow out poop, I would absolutely stop and change her right then and there.

Depends on how bothered she is. I've definitely stopped in random parking lots or side streets to change her when she's screaming her head off. But if she's not bothered and it's only 15 min I would wait.
