Confused cm

I may sound dumb asking this but is it possible to ovulate twice a month?. This is my first month off bc pill after four years and i thought i had ovulation cm the second week of my cycle according to this app it was stretchy and white/clear and then the past few days it has been thick and creamy vut now its kind of stretchy again like it was during my predicted fertile window.
