Okay ladies I need your help!

So this year, we are living overseas, and also we can't afford to do much of any shopping for anyone (we just did some failed IUI's and going into IVF so our savings are going down down down down down) anyway. I need some help with what kinda.. Cheap... Not so much DIY... Not so much wow this is so cheap... Gifts I could get for people... Or do... My family is not particular about expensive gifts they could accept a candy bar as a gift but my spouses family not so much. Any ideas are welcome!!
