Husband or bf to name first born?

Do you want your significant other, bf, husband to name your first born daughter? You been set a few names or already dreamed what your daughter name would be.

I think it should be mutual. Or at least your s/o agree with the name. I picked out 2 names for a daughter and he loved them both. Weve decided whenever our daughter gets here is when we will decide which one to pick. And as for a son we have the name decided.

My husband picked both our name if it's a boy and the name for if it's a girl, but he asked me what I thought before we made a true decision. And because my husband and I are pretty much a like I loved both of them. But I do believe it is based on the couple and communicating. Some want to choose together others don't. My husband and I both were thinking of names and we would talk about what our ideas were but I get stressed easily so he thought of them :)

We talk about names all the time. Usually my husband vetoes choices but never really suggests any.

He doesn't have any he strongly likes, just dislikes, so it's kind of a process of elimination.

We sat down wrote out all the names we liked and then did an elimination process and completely agreed on a name for our first daughter and our first son
