Baby Shower

So originally i wasn't having a baby shower but my sister and gf decided that i am. My question is this : how many favors do i give out? I want to do gift bags for everyone that comes but i dont want to go overboard with how many items are in them. I have only been to one baby shower in my life and they did not do favors so i have no reference point. Help !

I love all the suggestions on what to give and your creativity is amazing however i am looking for a number of things like 1 etc. I know what i want to give but i feel like i am wanting to give too much. Right now each bag is estimated to have 3-5 items. Is that too much?
