how do I deal with these hormones?

My baby boy is one week old today and it just seems to keep getting harder and harder. I love him with all my heart but I can't help but find myself crying all the time because I am so overwhelmed and I'm not adjusting to this new life well at all. Any advice? I don't know what to do. Is this normal? I don't want to feel like this anymore.

I would say just tell your doctor how u feel.  The whole first month was hard for me.

Everyone deals with motherhood differently and it's nothing to feel bad about. Just get some help/advice from your doctor before you get really bad that it becomes unbearable. Good luck
