So I've been getting really bad migraines the past couple week and have been super sleepy. I also had some spotting for 3 days which I thought was my period but I usually get really bad cramps and bleed pretty heavy. Which I didn't get cramps at all!  I woke up super nauseous this morning and have had back pain. Just need some thoughts or opinions! I am going to test again in a few days just wanted to see if you can see anything?
