33 weeks with twins hands and feet swollen preeclampsia ??

I am 33 weeks now with monodi idéntical twin boys and I have swollen hands and feet as well as numbness on hands and sometimes on shoulders is this a sign of preeclampsia??? Thanks

I would get your blood pressure checked. The day before my girls were delivered by c section, my arms felt weird like someone had been punching them, and I had the worst headache that would not go away. My blood pressure was high at my dr's appointment the next day. So, they had me go to L&D for a NST and to monitor my blood pressure. Turns out I had severe preeclampsia. My girls were delivered that night at 36weeks3days.

Some swelling is normal. Drink lots, I mean lots of water. Keeps your feet elevated. If you have facial swelling or a sudden onset of a headache call your doctor. If you are really worried call them any way, that's what they are there for. Better to be safe than sorry.

Is the swelling in your face too & did it come on suddenly? Either way I'd get checked!
