Thoughts??

Need opinions! A couple months ago I decided to start getting healthy and join a gym. Being said it changed my period somehow it's a life style change so I thought. My period dropped to 3 days I stayed of the normal 5. (To early to test) the past two days granted It was leg day at the gym, but never experienced general pelvic cramps for a couple days in a row. Like I said to early to test but the sudden (smart) changed m, what are the chances??
