DIY silhouette is this baby book worthy?

I did three sillouhettes today using picsart. is this first picture baby book worthy? And is the second one in bad taste? I look more boudoir than baby bump huh?

I like the first one, but I wouldn't do the mirror image. I'd keep it simple with just a single framed silhouette shot.
