My sister went today for an ultrasound and found out she's not pregnant anymore🤔 first they said positive now they see nothing there and she bought 2 tests today they came out positive,what do you guys think? Pregnant or not?🤔

The HCH hormone stays in your body for a few weeks, even after losing or terminating a pregnancy.  She should probably get a second opinion.

It can take 4-6 weeks for the hcg levels to drop I had a mc & 5 weeks later still got bfp even though I wasn't it depends on how far along she was.

The hormones stay in your body even if you lose the baby. That means that for awhile she will get positive test becuase at one point she was pregnant and had the hormones. If they didn't see anything and her hormones drop then she lost the pregnancy and is no longer pregnant. She can go back to the doctor and ask for more information and that would be the best thing to do.

When I got pregnant with my first, I had positive pregnancy tests up until I went in for my first ultrasound. There wasn't a baby just a gestational sac. It happens more often than you think.  Her hormones need to get back to normal before her pregnancy test will be negative.
