I think somethings wrong

So lady's I have a problem... I noticed yesterday I had a small bump on my vagina close to my clitoris and today the bump got even bigger and hurts touch.. I tried poping it because I thought it was a ingrown hair but nothing happens.. What should I do and do you have any idea what is it? I would post a picture but I don't think that's allowed !
