Dieting and oeriod?
So I started a "diet" August 15th. Just cutting calories but still eating healthy. I ended ovulation on the 11th and should start my period tomorrow. I am usually pretty regular. Would dieting for just 10 days cause my period to be late? It's not late yet, but really don't see any symptoms of it coming. Usually I can.
It's not a drastic change in my lifestyle and eating habits but just curious. I've been told only very drastic changes and exersizing can cause it to be late.
