Any nurses on here or mamas that know

is implantation supposed to hurt in your lower abdomen, lowee back is hurting. I typed what I was feeling and it said pregnancy or appendicitis and I've tried pooping peeing but it's like a very intense cramping I can't get any relief. It hurts so bad.
