5 weeks light pink spotting :(

Hi ladies.

I'm 5 weeks 2 days pregnant I just went to the bathroom and I had some light pink spotting.not a huge amount. No major cramping but I have had "stretching" pains all week.i had my bloods done on Monday which was 4 days ago my hgc levels came back over 8 thousand . My Dr is going to organise another blood test. I'm just so nervous ! Has anyone else had this and all is ok or should I expect the worst ?
