Super heavy bleeder TMI

Is it just me or do others out there have to wear multiple pads at the same time because they bleed so heavy? Birth control doesn't help the flow, just regulates a schedule. And tampons are a no go because when I bleed, it's like a murder scene. Lol. I bleed 7-10 days and average 10-12 pads in an 8 hr time frame. Ive gone to gyn after gyn and no one can do much for the excessive bleeding. I feel alone and ashamed. 30yrs old.
