Ovulation test

Hey, I was just reading the instructions on the clear blue ovulation test and is says not suitable for people with polycystic ovarian syndrome, I suffer with both this and endometriosis. Does any one know why is not suitable could it mean I won't get an accurate meaning? I'm so new to all this I really don't understand it all and what I'm doing but would love to conceive naturally Xxx
