Mine said to eat a normal breakfast because fasting can make the results different than your normal everyday routine.

My doctor told me yesterday to not eat or drink after midnight before the test

I had my Appoitment today and they actually gave me the instructions 👇🏻

My paperwork says only water two hours before and no food. So I'll do that

I can't remember 100% but I think they have you eat like a normal breakfast depending on when your test is.. They gave me specific instructions when I got it done with my son.. I just can't remember them sorry! Lol

I was told it was fine to eat but not to have any heavy carb meals prior to it otherwise I would certainly fail.

My doctor told me not to eat after midnight and do the test the following morning without having eaten breakfast for more accurate results.

Eat a normal breakfast, don't eat or drink anything but water and that drink an hour before you go in! No gum!
