Mom's with endo

Ok so I have a question. For those of you who were blessed with one child already and knew you had endo before conceiving, what symptoms did you have when you first found out? Any cramping? I'm trying to figure stuff out without getting my hopes up. I'm now 5 days late and have had very mild cramping, nowhere near the pain my period normally brings. And it comes and goes. And I spent the day before yesterday nauseous for hours while working. Any info is appreciated even if it's different symptoms! Thanks, pic of my dog for attention ;)
