7 weeks...left side cramping

Hey...hoping someone will ease my mind or have some answers. Yesterday from about 5pm till 11pm I had left side only cramps...or twinge of pain...not buckling me to my knees or anything but definitely more than noticeable...heard one sided cramps could mean ectopic pregnancy and I'm freaking here!...i fell asllep to it last night and none of that yet this morning...any insight would be so nice!... thank you!
