4 month sleep regression? Any tips?

I'm glad I'm not the only one. I just went back to work this week. I've been getting  11pm 2am 5am wake ups 😩😴. I miss my cuddles but can't we make it up on the weekends not in the middle of the night? 
Also napping has not been going well either 30-45min at a time and it's a battle to get her to get her to sleep.

This too shall pass...

We've been dealing with it for a week. She sleeps like 2 hours then thrashes and flails every 30-45 mins. I'm one sleepy mama. Last night was better it was like every 2 hours. (Who would think sleeping 2 hour increments would ever be exciting?! Darn sleep regressions!)

Ours just lasted a few days

Following...we are in it deep. Takes 2-3 hours to get to sleep and only sleeps 1 hour a day, in 15 min naps. Help
