Rainbow baby

Has anyone only suffered one miscarriage and went on to have a healthy pregnancy? I keep seeing posts about people having two miscarriages and then have a healthy baby and it's got me really stressed out. I lost my first child March 1st this year and I'm pregnant again with my second. Today marks the week and day I lost my first, so I'm very nervous considering I won't have an ultrasound for another month
