When to Start 3rd Trimester Tea?
Hi everyone,
I am wanting to drink the Earth Mama's Third Trimester Tea since I've read some great reviews about it possibly helping with labor, and being a generally yummy and relaxing tea for moms who are in the third trimester. I'm wondering if you all think that 31 weeks is too soon to start any teas and such? I can't imagine that a tea could cause preterm labor, but I am already 1cm dilated, so I want to be careful too.
