It sounds more like your period it tapering down than pregnancy. The symptoms you are describing are typical of the IUD. If you're worried you should see a gyno to check the placement of your IUD. They may test you for pregnancy while you are there, and hopefully you aren't.

Im on the IUD but have been feeling dizzy, nauseous and sick lately. My coworker said I could be pregnant. Im on my period now but its the weirdest period Ive ever had. Its super duper light and all brown. No red at all. I have always had a really heavy period. Ive been on the IUD since november so its weird that all of a sudden it would change like that. Could I be pregnant, even with the IUD?
