Definitely not to early! Say it whenever you feel it girl! Let him know you love him because you never know what's going to happen in life. When I was 17 my now hubby said it to me after about 2 weeks. It was love at first sight, no one thought we would last but here we are, 5 years later been married for 3 years and ttc since the day we got married.
