Almost one and still not sleeping nights

My son will be 1 in a few days and he still does not sleep his nights. Between 2 and 5 he wakes crying off and on. We Co sleep with him, his crib is attached to my side of the bed. I give him a bottle sometimes or just a sip of water and he's off again, until a half hour later when he's crying again. We get maybe 2 good nights a month. He has a big bottle before bed. I know he is teething but this has been going on forever. Anyone else? Any suggestions would be awesome. 😭
