Bad lower back
Hi ladies. I wonder if anyone has thrown their lower back while pregnant and what did you do? I am 23weeks pregnant and have a toddler. My back snapped when I picked her up once. I am advised to just lie on my back for 3 days and no painkillers except for paracetamol.. Thank you !
