I'm so scared about this pregnancy...

My husband wanted sex last night but I was cramping and uncomfortable I'm 4 weeks 4 days, and I felt so bad that I started crying because I just couldn't, I'm terrified of losing this baby too. I've had two miscarriages, no other children, and the cramps were really scaring me, and all my other symptoms seem to be dropping off except the nausea that one is still full force everyday, but the cramps are happening more and more. They haven't been horrifyingly painful but they are definitely uncomfortable.
