Ok so yesterday I had some horrible gas so I figured I had to use the restroom so 5 mins go by still on to toilet with horrible gas like I'm not farting just I feel gas pains in my stomach n I gotta poop but it Anit coming out then wen I gotta pool I gotta throw up at the same time is that normal 🤔🤔
