TMI Help me

So i went to the gyno two days ago and she put me on prenatals bc im trying to concieve well while she did the exam i bled a little bit. anyways im suppose to start my aunt flo today for this month again and yesterday while going to the bathroom i wiped an what looked like little pinkish specks on the toliet paper. here i am today with a pad one and nothing. can someone help me.. i been hot then freezing. irritable, bowel movements are every other day and im cramping.
