I am at the moment taking seven seas trying for a baby after having a miscarriage last week. My sister in law has brought me some dong quai herbal thingys and im unsure of taking them as I really dont want to stop taking my pre natels. But theres been fantastic reviews on the dong quai. Does anyone know if its safe to take both at same time or should I choose one or the other ?
