Low lying Placenta

Has anyone else been told they have low lying placenta?? I'm freaking out...I had an ultra sound last week and the baby is good and healthy, but I was told today by my doctor I have low lying placenta. So the placenta hasn't gone up too much. He told me the baby is fine... But I'm so worried...
