Pelvic girdle pain

Has anyone else dealt with this? It is referred to as PPGP for short. I have excruciating hip and pelvic pain. I have cramping down my legs. My hips grind together when I move. I'm in physical therapy but the only quick fix is delivery. I'm only 21 weeks so the thought of dealing with this for another 19 weeks is very overwhelming. I cry constantly because I'm so frustrated and in pain. And I know no one wants to hear someone complain about being uncomfortable during pregnancy so I'm sorry for venting.
