Blisters on baby's lips?

My 4 week old has little blisters on her lips from breastfeeding and bottle feeding. They don't seem to bother her but is this normal?

Yes my pediatrician just pointed out my daughter's, she's 3 weeks old, Dr said it's not an issue it's just from suckling
