Glucose test??

Anyone knows when is glucose test done , which week of pregnancy ? Also what are the test we go through in second trimister. Pls let me know. Thankyou in advance .

Usually it's around 28 weeks. Most of the time you start with the 1 hour glucose test. If you fail that, they will probably order the 3 hour test. I admit I failed my 1 hour, so I have to do the 3 hour test tomorrow. The drink isn't that bad, it tastes like really strong Gatorade. I don't really think there are any other tests unless your doctor tells you there is something else they want to test you for. If you haven't had a TDap vaccine (for tetanus, diphtheria and pertussis/whooping cough), you may get that around 28 weeks as well. It depends on if you are vaccinating. Flu shot is recommended as well. Your  doctor should be able to lay everything out for you you (what tests/vaccines will be done when) and help explain each. Never be afraid to ask questions- that's what they're there for. Hope this helps!

I have mine this Tuesday & I'll be 24 weeks .

28 weeks but if you have someone with diabetes in family they will give you to do the test earlier

I think this is the only test you need to go through that lasts longer.. But i think they take your blood  and urine in every trimester for possible mononucleosis infection and to see if your blood is ok.. Also some vaginal check ups towards the end of your pregnancy.
