So my boss told me today that I'm not going to be working in the same department that I've been working at for about a year. It is a demotion, but the thing about it is I'm not taking a pay cut and I'm guaranteed my 40hrs. My pride is holding me back from doing it because I had it so good and now I have to go back to where I was before and start all over again. I went from being my own boss to now having to be told what to do. It's killing me ! I don't want to quit because its all I have right now ! What do you guys think I should do?
