Any Ideas ?

So my period was four days late until it decided to show . The thing about it is that I'm only bleeding light and it barely show up when I use the bathroom but when I wipe it's there and I usually bleed heavy my first day . My last period was 6 days late until it came on 7/28 . I've been throwing up occasionally these last couple of days I can feel my uterus above my waistline like ugh . I'm scared to take a pregnancy test b.c I've had so many negatives but who knows ? I heard u can still be pregnant while on ur period .
