Bubbles coming from vagina.

So last night I was laying in bed and I felt like I had little air bubbles coming from my vagina. And it lasted a while until I turned onto my side. What could that be? I didn't have sex or touched it differently than washing it lately, so I'm at a loss of what it could be.
