Bleeding , concerned mother

Ok i had a miscarriage last April and this April. Just found out August 18th , i am pregnant again. So i wiped myself today and seen bright red blood so i went to er. My hcg levels went up to 10,726,from sunday it was 6,232,and Saturday it was 3000 something. Do u think maybe if u was miscarrying that my levels would have been going down, i went to hospital right when i found out i was bleeding. Answers please help,
