8 weekers....cramping???!!!!

So idk what to do. I've had constant cramping/pressure pain on my right side since 7am (now 9:15pm) at times it goes down to the middle of my thigh. Has not gone away at all. No spotting today. I did have brown discharge when I wiped 4 days ago but US showed baby was fine. Is this Normal??? This is almost like my period cramps. I just want to curl up in a ball and whine! Ughhhh I'm nervous for the next 8 months 😩
