I had unprotected sex last week while the patch was off (my period week) 

This week I stopped bleeding, but today I'm having a little bit of light spotting... a pinkish color. My stomach also hurts, almost a stretching feeling? and I just feel nauseous. I have pretty bad anxiety so obviously symptoms like these kind of freak me out, I worry about having an STD (which is pretty much impossible) and I just worry constantly about dying and something horrible going on with my body. I just need some reassurance, and maybe someone can give me some insight or maybe have had similar situations than me?thank you everyone in advance, I swear I'm good at giving advice until something bad is happening to my body.
