I have chronic back pain (degenerative disc disease) but it got much much worse over the span of a month (doctor never figured out what was wrong. What troubles me the most though is that I lost the ability to fully orgasm at the same time. I can get aroused (although even that sensation is not quite what it used to be) and it seems like everything is winding up for orgasm but there's no big bang just a super dull tenth of a climax. (Kind of like if you were to pull the knob back on a pinball machine, all going well, let it rip and then the ball just ever so slightly moves. It is SO frustrating!!! And frankly it's really affecting me emotionally and my marriage. My doctor was an asshole about it and made me feel really stupid for caring. Has anyone else experienced this? Cause? Treatment options? Any hope (but do be honest)?
