Healthy choices

Hey ladies. Just 6 weeks and I've been feeling like I have the flu without the fever. The fatigue is unreal. From about 8am-4pm all I can really eat are saltines and toast with drizzled honey and then for some reason around 630pm like clockwork I'm ready to eat like a horse!!!! Tonight it was a cheeseburger meal with fries. My eating is so unbalanced. I know some is uncontrollable first few weeks. Though my nausea is worse this time than with my first two children. I have a friend that's 37 weeks along and she shared her meal plan with me that's kept her healthy and all baby. Breakfast: oatmeal, yogurt with fruit Lunch:chicken/low Mercury fish with tons of veggies, dinner:  chicken/fish with quinoa/brown rice and tons of veggies and snacks on lots of fruit and veggies and rinks tons of water. Just wanted to spread the healthy info and if anyone would like to try this with me to the best of our abilities lol I know it's hard with the nausea, so hard.
