Spinal headache
I'm so much pain that it's interfering with my bonding time. I'm going through the motions of feeding, burping, changing, but I'm so preoccupied with pain. Anyone who has had this?? Does caffeine really help? Anyone do a blood patch? There's only so much laying flat I can do before I have to be upright....
