Vent sess
So I just need to vent...
I'm 11 weeks and husband and I are doing a gender reveal at 14 weeks!!!
We invited or asked his mom today (who hasn't been super support.. which sucks because Brian's a mamas-boy) if she wanted to come... her response was "I don't know.. I don't think so, it's it still to early to tell people at that point? "
We said no, and that everything has looked perfect at all other appts and by 14 weeks we should be as safe as we are gunna get and she said
"I feel like this is rushed.. slow things down. I don't think I'll be there."
HOW DO YOU SLOW PREGNANCY DOWN?!?! I can't just tell the baby to stop growing till his grandmothers ready despite us parents being ready.. 😡😡😡
Am I over reacting? Not to mention the hurt on my husbands face when his mom said she didn't want to be there to see if she'd be having a grand daughter or grand son... he looked so hurt:( ugh....
