Does anything help the bloating? I'm only 5-6 weeks with my third child and I look like I'm 5-6 months!

You can try some digestive support....either apple cider vinegar with meals, or plant enzymes.  Otherwise, look at what foods tend to cause the bloating...gluten/dairy/sugar are the most common culprits

The bloating was killing me too! I have been drinking a ton of water and eating fiber whenever I can, that has seriously reduced it for me!

Drink a lot of water and don't eat food that causes much gas. Honestly, it's hormonal and will go down some :)

Thought I was the only one I'm 7 weeks look 6months but actually have lost 2lbs.... The bloating is ridiculous and so uncomfortable... I was prepared to show earlier with this baby being my third but definitely wasn't prepared for bloating at such an extreme level
